Since 2012, Our mechanical seals is selected to be important sealing part of the oil-based rock debris pyrolysis treatment process of shale gas exploitation project of CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. In the past 9 years, the horizontal reactor of oil-based rock debris pyrolysis technology has been in good operation, and the average oil content of treated dry powder is 0.45%. It can be used for brick making and paving. All recovered oil has been used to prepare drilling fluid, so as to make the whole treatment process harmless and resource reuse. The quality of our mechanical seals has been praised by the engineer and supervisor in the site.
