Project Summary
The project located in Egypt.Which is an integrated Agro-industrial project incorporating reclamation and cultivation of 181,000 acres of land (c.76,000 hectare / 790 square kilometers), making it the largest agricultural project in Egypt since 1952, in addition to building and operating the world’s biggest sugar beet processing plant with an annual production capacity 900,000 Tons of a premium white sugar.
Project Production
Since the signing of the contract on January 6, 2020, our company has invested advanced equipment, experienced technicians and senior technical R & D personnel to set up a special team to carry out the comprehensive control of technology R & D, production, inspection, packaging and delivery. It was successfully completed in August 2020, passed the acceptance standard of the third party inspection sent by the customer, and then delivered to the construction site in Egypt.
Project Installation
Due to the impact of the epidemic, Based on attitude of being responsible for the project and the owner. With certain risk, our company sent two experienced engineers to fly to Egypt on March 10, 2021 to be supervisor of installation. During the period, facing the risk of infection, actively communicate with the owner, coordinate and organize manpower for installation. Finally, the installation was completed on April 19 and delivered to the customer smoothly. The quality of our mechanical seal acquires owner approbation.
